We collect only what you give us directly: the details you submit through our contact and careers forms — name, email, phone number, organization, location, experience, resume, and message. We do not track visitors across the web, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
Contact enquiries are used solely to respond to you and to assess whether we can help. Career applications are used solely for recruitment. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not share your details with third parties for marketing.
Our engagements are confidential by default. We do not disclose who we work with, the nature of any engagement, or any data gathered in the course of our work — during or after the engagement — except where required by law.
Survey and field research is conducted with informed consent, analyzed in aggregate, and reported without identifying individual respondents. Raw response data is access-controlled and retained only as long as the engagement requires.
Personal information is stored on access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — enquiries and unsuccessful applications are deleted within a reasonable period.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond promptly.
This policy is a plain-language summary of how we work. Have your counsel review it before publishing — it is not legal advice.
